Cohiba Atmosphere Kuala Lumpur is a 3-storey building with a seating capacity of over 80 people. Besides than the bar & lounge, there are four elegantly designed private rooms & one private conference room that can interconnect with one private room which is available for your business meeting needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet CA customers and AE visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner.
  • Take orders and service customers at the waiting lounge/ground floor of CA.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning for customers (for business corner)
  •  Maintain copies of beverage menu, food menu, cigar menu, promotions at reception and promote to walk-ins.
  • Update pricelist when necessary.
  • Update the CA customer database.
  • Whatsapp blast to customer database.
  • Send email newsletter to customer database.
  • Respond to inquiries and take bookings by call or by email.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus.
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
