Job Responsibilities

You are going to be the voice of the brand and are responsible for all posts, replies, and content. will administer the company’s social media marketing, ensuring the development of brand awareness, content management and cultivation of leads and sales.
Role (Overview of the Position)
  • Overall responsibility for building, growing and managing FitXcapes social media

Responsibilities (Task Associated)
  • Ensuring our social media content are aligned with the company’s social media strategy and brand initiatives
  • Management and distribution of content Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and any other social media platforms.
  • Schedule and manage posts through social media publishing tools.
  • Files management planning (to ensure files are easily located).
  • Creative project or task assignment.
  • Compiling marketing statistics, analyze and assist with generating reports on a monthly basis (Data Analytics & Reporting - Aggregate results and prepare a weekly summary and key learnings).
  • Ensuring proper archiving system for our social media.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in content marketing, design, and social space to increase reader engagement and time spent.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on that information.
  • Attending all our health & wellness events for social media coverage to showcase our work on our social media.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround and short deadlines
  • Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, and ability to follow instructions
  • Clear, concise, and grammatically correct writing, proofreading and editing; excellent written and verbal communication
  • Expert knowledge of social networks
  • Proficient in content and social media management tools
  • Deep knowledge of social media strategy, operations, and campaigns.
  • Ability to design using Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
  • Possess own car and ability to move around independently.
