Job Responsibilities

  • Help to organize Health Seminar/ Workshop / Event / Talk for corporate companies, government agencies and insurance companies’ staff.
  • Promote ALPS Global Group of Companies’ Services to corporate companies, government agencies and insurance companies.
  • Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
  • Developing opportunities with existing clients.
  • Maintaining an accurate and ongoing business relationships
  • Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
  • Monitoring consumer reactions through focus groups.
  • Ensure the proper execution of business plans, as well as correct delivery by various departments, by coordinating, liaising and monitoring of all parties involved in the program.
  • Monitor the timely execution of business initiatives and delivery of milestones and KPIs.
  • Prepare daily & monthly field report for corporate companies, government agencies and insurance companies.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the superior or Manager, Business Development from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Business Development, or equivalent.
  • One - Two (1-2) years of working experience in sales & marketing, business development or equivalent.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Fast learner who can adapt to change, able to work as a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and result-oriented.
  • Able to travel locally and overseas and possess own transport.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English, writing and presenting winning proposals at senior client levels.
  • Working knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial.
  • Customer-oriented, self-disciplined, results-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Good Interpersonal skill, Communication Skill.
