We are akin to financial advisors; but instead of focusing on equity, unit trust and insurance, we focus on real estate. We are glad to assist both individual and corporate clients – covering residential, commercial as well as industrial properties. Currently, our operations are focused in Klang Valley.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform telemarketing, social selling and work with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate and presenting products to potential clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Handle client experience journey in the company.
  • Processing orders, form, and request.
  • Record all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Conduct clerical duties and other administrative work, including filing and invoicing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and social media platforms, preparing documents.
  • Working during events and programs held by the company.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in customer service or related field is required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Able to work under the pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Able to organize and prioritize work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Team player, self-motivated, independent with minimum supervision requirement coupled with a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and perform other work as assigned by superior.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and hands-on person.
