  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Arrange courier services for documents or parcel when necessary.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • To provide clerical assistance in purchasing.
  • Computer literate & familiar with MS Office.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM.
  • Must be able to start work ASAP.
  • Able to speak & write English.
  • Spoken Language(s) : English, Mandarin & Malay.
